Sunday Lunch

Locally sourced produce, freshly cooked. Traditional style lunch with a choice of beef, pork or nut roast. Booking advised.

Lunch Specials 12.00 – 2.00

Ploughmans Lunch – choose from local ham, mature cheddar cheese, brie or locally smoked mackerel with crusty bread and a salad.

Sandwiches  – served with brown or white bread.  Choose from local ham, brie, mature cheddar cheese, tuna mayonnaise (or plain), roast beef or warm sausage and onion.

Cornish pasty – steak or chees and onion served with   salad.

Starters 12.00 – 2.00 + 6.00 – 9.00

A duo of garlic bread – one plain and one cheesy

Soup served with crusty bread

Venison pate served with toast

Moules mariniere served with crusty bread

Rump steak with salad and a choice of oven baked wedges, saute potato new or mashed potato.

Beef or Vegetable lasagne served with salad and garlic bread.

Moules mariniere served with wholemeal bread.

Chilli con carne served with basmati rice and cheesy tortilla chips. Also available made with Quorn suitable for vegetarians.

Local ham or sausages served with oven baked wedges and two fried eggs.

Chicken Korma curry served with puppodums, chutney and basmati rice.
